| Hi everyone first I wish to say that is such a nice morning other than that I went first time to John together with my mum and honestly I could recomnend him to anyone on any age.This was our first deep tissues massage with John and was great experience,remember professional deep tissue is different than what you use to in spa its better is helping your muscles and bones on the same time.After treatment today I had wake up earlier around 6 am with full of energy and without any pain.Be good for yourselfs and treat yourself by deep tissue from time to time and you would know what I am talking about after all.I wish you all a pleasant day. | I brought my seventeen year old daughter, who is suffering with a bad back, probably due to years of horse riding and hard work at the yards, to John, after trying a chiropractor and ruling out by an MRI of any major problems. Immediately John struck us as being very professional. He asked my daughter loads of questions and was very attentive in his approach to her problem. Our initial, very positive impression of John was confirmed during subsequent sessions, of which there has been a good few and which we intend to continue. My daughter says that John's physical therapy is of undeniable benefit to her. On top of being a true professional in every sense of this word, John has a great personality and both my daugher and I feel very at ease with him. John is very thorough and responsible. Not only he provides relevant information during the session, he also follows up on them with emails, with tips and advice. I couldn't believe it when after a few sessions with John, I received an email with a detailed report on my daughter's problem and her progress. That to me was an example of professionalism of the highest class. Work of somebody who is not only very knowledgable in his field but also very dedicated to what he does, and to his customers. John is an absolute pleasure to deal with, both from my daughter's and my own point of view. He is set out to use his training to help people and doesn't take advantage by pushing further sessions. We can testify first hand that John applies himself fully to the work he does, and I always watch in awe the effort he makes and the thoroughness with which he treats my daughter. We would highly recommend John as a go-to professional, and if physical therapy is what you need, you probably wouldn't find anyone better than John. Nor would you need to. Thank you, John. | i went to John recently as my shoulders, upper back and neck were tight and I knew I held a lot of tension in them. I work with a PC and do a bit of swimming & cycling. For a couple of days after my shoulders and upper back were tender and weak and I couldn't get into a good swimming stroke. However, a week later, I can't get over the difference. My shoulders feel lower and more relaxed. I feel straighter. My swimming technique has much improved as have my times. I'll definitely be back to John at regular intervals. | I went to John recently with hip pain. He looked at the bigger problem and not just the local area and I realised that I am holding a lot of tension in my left hand side of my body. | Attended for neck and lower back pain. I sit at a computer all day and my workload had increased a lot. It is different than physiotherapy as is works specifically on muscle alignment and straightens out tightness in muscles that have occurred due to poor posture / strain. It was exceptionally good value and I have not had a recurrence of the discomfort since. I run, am very active generally so I wanted to act on the discomfort early rather than leaving my discomfort escalate to a larger problem. I chose this clinic as I live near Naas and I searched online. The reviews from What Clinic along with John's excellent website encouraged me to book. I placed the booking on his website and I received a really prompt reply from him which was comprehensive in answering my initial enquiries. On arrival the door is on the outside of the SuperValu in Maynooth on the side opposite the Glenroyal Hotel. The clinic is upstairs and really nicely finished and warmly heated. John welcomed me at the door and placed me at ease straight away. Overall I would say this - he was professional, chatty, engaging answering my questions and inspires you with a confidence in what he does. He 'worked on me' for about an hour - yes it was a little sore at times in a good way as he realised the tension points in my back. I was really impressed and I would highly recommend him and physical therapists for any sports or office based issues. Well done with the new business John and I will be back as needed. Thanks!
